Masterclass: 3 half days + reinforcement
Sustainable performance culture and human capabilities in the increasingly complex and AI-driven working world.
For organizations and teams that want to strengthen focus, well-being and delivery – without people burning out in a fast-paced work life, increasing complexity and constant digital inflows.
Feel better and perform better
In many teams, the problem is not that you work too little. The problem is that you work too fragmentedly. Too many interruptions. Too unclear priorities. Too much friction in collaboration. Too little recovery – and too few common rules of the game.
This course will help you build a sustainable work system where people can perform over time – with more peace of mind, clarity and energy. And where modern technology becomes a real enabler in everyday life, not just another requirement.
For who?
The course is suitable for teams and businesses where you want to:
-
-
Reduce stress and create better workflow

In short: less friction, more value-creating time – and a culture that lasts.
This course will help you build a sustainable work system where people can perform over time – with more peace of mind, clarity and energy. And where modern technology becomes a real enabler in everyday life, not just another requirement.
Course structure
Half-day 1: Sustainable performance in practice
In a modern working life, it is rarely the will that is lacking. What is missing is a system that protects focus, energy and priorities in a daily life of interruptions, influxes and high tempo.
The goal of this half-day is to give participants a concrete understanding of how the brain works in everyday work and create a personal way of working built on micro-habits that make a big difference over time in order to promote sustainable performance.
We work with:
-
Sustainable performance as a model: results + well-being + learning over time
(not “max”, but “hold”) - Efficiency vs. productivity: The art of prioritizing and doing the right things in the right way.
- We train the ability to choose the right – and to choose not to.
-
Stress with nuances: when stress is “gas” that helps – and when it becomes an unsustainable situation
-
Energy as a strategy: how to build a sustainable workday with good energy habits.
-
Focus as Design: Why Focus Isn't a Personality, But a System You Can Create
Interactive elements and exercises:
-
The friction map: we identify the most common energy thieves in everyday life and find root causes (not just symptoms)
-
Energy audit: participants map their energy over a typical day and build a personal “energy rule”
-
Micro-recovery: simple reset techniques that work in the middle of the workday
After half day 1, participants will have:
-
a personal Work Smarter playbook v1 (energy + focus + boundaries)
-
a 7-day experiment that instantly creates more peace of mind at work
-
a clear insight: “What should I do less of – and what should I protect?”
Day 2 – Working Smarter Together
Sustainable performance is rarely created by individuals running faster. It is created by teams that reduce friction, build trust, and create ways of working that make it easy to perform – over time.
The goal of this half-day is to give you understanding and keys to what distinguishes high-performing teams and a common "operating system" for collaboration: growth mindset, psychological safety, effective meeting culture, feedback and clear rules of the game.
We focus on:
-
Growth Mindset: from prestige and perfection → to learning, experimentation and continuous improvement.
-
Psychological safety in practice: behaviors that promote a work environment where we feel safe raising half-baked ideas, asking questions, challenging the status quo and being ourselves.
-
Effective meeting culture: meetings that create direction, decisions and progress – with less waste and more quality.
-
Feedback as an everyday muscle: simple ways to give and ask for feedback that strengthen relationships, clarity and performance.
-
Rules of the game that apply: common agreements for communication, focus/interruptions, decisions, responsibility and “definition of done”.
After half day 2 you will have:
-
Team Rules 1.0 (concrete, simple and useful in everyday life)
-
at least one improved meeting format which saves time and increases quality
-
a common feedback method that increases learning and reduces friction
-
a clear direction for how you build a team that is both prosperous and high-performing over time
Half day 3 – Digital competence and technology as an enabler
The digital workplace is supposed to help us work smarter – but without clear rules of the game, it can easily become a source of noise, duplication and cognitive load. This half-day will give you inspiration, understanding and concrete guidelines for how modern technology and AI can become an enabler for focus, quality and sustainable performance.
We focus on:
-
Digital flow – why friction arises: When structure, channels and responsibilities are unclear, “work about work” is created. We identify what steals the most time and energy in your digital everyday life.
-
Digital competence in practice: how you find the right one, share knowledge, collaborate clearly and create a “single source of truth” that reduces stress and misunderstandings.
-
Digital game rules: common agreements for channels, response times, documentation of decisions, file management and follow-up – so that technology supports the work instead of disrupting it.
-
Modern technology and AI – what is changing now: a comprehensible overview of what AI is actually good at in knowledge work (preparation, summary, structure, quality assurance, learning) and how you avoid pitfalls.
-
Responsible use: simple principles of quality, safety and ethics – with people as conductors and judgment as the standard.
After half day 3 you will have:
-
Digital Playbook 1.0 that reduces noise and increases clarity in everyday life
-
A shared view of AI: where it creates value, how it is used safely and how you maintain quality
-
Digital working method 1.0 with concrete routines that make the job easier to do right.
Reinforcement and follow-up
In order for the program to be effective in everyday life, it includes a clear reinforcement component where we ensure that new ways of working actually become new habits - not just a good day on the calendar.
This includes:
-
Follow-up and fine-tuning: Short debriefing after each half-day to catch obstacles, adjust game rules and create momentum.
-
Corridor support if needed (on site): When I am with you, I am available for short, spontaneous coaching conversations that help participants and managers implement the content in real time.
-
Selection of coaching opportunities: a number of individual coaching sessions (distributed as agreed) to support key people and ensure implementation, focus and sustainable routines.
Purpose: to make the change practical and feasible – with support close to everyday challenges and a structure that ensures that the working methods live on.
